I started off with the PT sessions with Christina and moved on to include the SISU package. Christina is brilliant, I was somewhat terrified of starting PT having done very little exercise until that point, but she immediately made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Christina is so knowledgeable and is always happy to make changes depending on your skill level (or if you get terribly sunburnt like I did!) I will definitely be continuing my sessions and hopefully starting the tone up classes soon - thanks Christina! Xx

I enjoy all aspects of the class, all the girls are so friendly and I like the fact that no one judges and your encouragement!! I sometimes feel a bit 'lost' during circuits when I can't quite remember what we are supposed to be doing and unsure if I have the technique right!
