In the UK, I led sessions at Royal Air Force (RAF) Halton and High Wycombe, where participation was open to both military personnel and civilians.
More recently in Italy, at Allied Joint Force Command Naples (NATO), gym members have been able to join my sessions in all six of my working languages.
