Mandatory Medical Fitness (Italy) In accordance with Italian health regulations, participants are advised that they should possess a valid Certificato Medico di Idoneità Sportiva (Certificate of Medical Fitness). If you choose to train without this certificate, you acknowledge that you are acting against the Trainer's professional recommendation and assume all resulting risks.
4. Assumption of Risk By using these sessions, you recognise that physical activity involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury or damage. If you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort at any time, you must stop immediately.
5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by the Italian Civil Code, Christina Bohane Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence or for any matter where it would be unlawful to exclude liability under EU Consumer Law.

7. Digital Content & Refunds For online video-on-demand services, by accessing the content, you acknowledge that performance begins immediately and you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU once the digital stream has started.
