I recently completed a 6 week tone up programme with Christina at High Wycombe which was brilliant. Each session was different and made up of a brilliant variety of exercises with some rocking music - an hours workout has never gone so fast or been so fun!
As a result of the classes I have signed up for some personal training sessions ( something I thought I would never do!!) and nutritional advice as I totally trust Christina’s advice and she makes me work hard to get results !

Signed up for a six week body toning class with Christina, 5 classes in and I love it! Each session feels like a total body work out and exercises are switched up so it never gets boring.

Fantastic circuit yet again! Lovely mix of encouragement and positive guidance and switching up the exercises so they don’t get boring- also great song choices, always relevant to the exercise (even the thunder one... 😂😱😰!!) I would love to sign up for the next set of classes xx
