Ladies Tone Up Circuit
Do you want to tone up but feel that "military circuits" and "boot camps" are too intense for you? Do you want to have fun and get fit in a relaxed and friendly environment? Then this class is ideal for you! You'll get a full body workout using a mix of body weight, resistance band and basic kettlebell exercises to bring you a varied and fun class every time.

Tough Mother*
This is a 45 min class for a up to 5 people, live and online through the Zoom app, available weekdays 9am - 3pm (GMT).
It will offer a more personal experience with the smaller group, at a time to suit you and will be available on a 3 month rolling contract. Please get in touch to discuss reserving your place with a deferred start date.

Morning Tough Mother is more suited to those with lower limb or joint problems as there is no jumping or dynamic exercises such as burpees.
