Morning Tough Mother* - Small Group Circuits

About the Class
This is a 45 min class for a up to 5 people, live and online through the Zoom app, available Fridays at 8am (GMT).
It will offer a more personal experience with the smaller group and is available for the monthly price of £50, minimum 3 month term applies.
*The class is open to all men and women not just mothers! ;-)
Morning Tough Mother is more suited to those with lower limb or joint problems as there is no jumping or dynamic exercises such as burpees.
We start the class with a fun and thorough warm up and carry on to a full body workout circuit using body weight, kettlebells, exercise bands, chairs and swiss balls. Each class will use different equipment and playlists plus you will be given variations of the exercises based on your abilities. At the end of each class we take time to cool down, stretch and relax. You will come out of the class boosted with energy and feeling good.
