About the Class

Friendly class always starts with swift but thorough warm up. We do a full body workout tailored to suit the class using body weight, butt bands and kettlebells. Each class is slightly different and set to music chosen by the group. At the end of each class we stretch and catch up. You will come out of the class boosted with SISU energy and feeling good.
