About the Class

Welcoming class always starts with focus on breathing and engaging the core. We complete a series of mobilisers before working through a set of exercises for every area of the body tailored to suit the class. At the end of each class we stretch, relax and re-mobilise. The class helps you to replenish your SISU energy levels.

This is a 30 or 45 min class for up to 5 people, in person or through the Zoom app.

The classes offer a more personal experience and individual interaction within the smaller group. You will be given variations of the exercises based on your personal abilities which makes this class a blend of personal training and group exercise.
